Delivery by Colissimo within 2 to 7 business days in France and the European Union, and within 5 to 10 business days in the rest of the world.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Returns / Refund Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products.

After this period, no refund will be possible.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label, hygienic protection, and carioca pouch.

To return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the bottom of the homepage and select “RETURN REQUEST”.

2. Once the form has been completed with your order number, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. Select the products you wish to return and specify the reason.

4. You have several options:

• Exchange outside sales periods (for another size of the same product, or another model at a similar price): return fees are offered, and a return slip will be emailed to you for the following countries:
  France, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Ireland, Italy, Portugal (excluding specific territories).

• Refund: return shipping costs are at your charge. You must keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund, in case your order is lost on its way to Carioca Porto-Vecchio.

• Exchange of sale items: return shipping costs are at your charge. You must keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund, in case your order is lost on its way to Carioca Porto-Vecchio.

1. Please insert the return slip inside your parcel so that our logistics services can identify your order upon receipt.

2. After receiving the item, the exchange or refund will be processed within 48 hours.
